Pasty Moore is our Client Service Specialist. She supports our advisors through various administrative tasks while providing top-notch service to our clients. She makes every client interaction a smooth and positive experience.
With over 35 years of experience in banking and customer service, Patsy has worked in many areas including fraud prevention, credit cards, loans and online banking. She’s also served as a Teller Coordinator, where she had the opportunity to mentor and support team members.
Through her previous banking role, she had the privilege of working with Alzheimer’s initiatives and was honored to be involved with the Royal Ambassadors program at SunTrust.
Her faith plays an important role in my life and work. She believes in doing what’s right—for our clients, our company and the people she works with. She’s proud to be part of an organization that values integrity and ethical practices. Outside of work, Patsy volunteers in pet therapy at Cookeville General Hospital, bringing joy and comfort to patients through the healing power of animals. In her downtime, she enjoys working with plants, getting lost in a good book and challenging herself with jigsaw puzzles.
